Pandanus Mooloolaba Booking Terms & Conditions

Pandanus Holiday Resort is located in the heart of beautiful Mooloolaba, just a few minutes walk to the local Surf Club and white sandy beach. It is quietly located behind the Esplanade shopping precinct capturing a lifestyle of peace and privacy.

The famed tourist facilities of Noosa Heads are around 30 minutes drive on the Sunshine Motorway.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 15 minutes away and offers several daily direct jet services to Sydney and Melbourne.

**Please Note that the Reception closes at 4pm Weekdays and Midday Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

GENERAL Policy

Bookings cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date will incur a 1-night cancellation fee.

Balance of Payment for Accommodation will be charged on morning of arrival if arrival is on Saturday or Sunday balance of payment will be processed Friday prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full deposit of one night tariff will be charged on booking and balance will be charged on morning of arrival if arrival is on Saturday or Sunday balance of payment will be processed Friday prior to arrival.

PEAK PERIODS – Policy – School holidays

Bookings cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival will incur a 1-night cancellation fee.

Payment for Accommodation will be charged one the morning of arrival if arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday balance will be processed on the Friday prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified later than 30 days prior to arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
