Pandanus Mooloolaba Booking Terms & Conditions

Pandanus Holiday Resort is located in the heart of beautiful Mooloolaba, just a few minutes walk to the local Surf Club and white sandy beach. It is quietly located behind the Esplanade shopping precinct capturing a lifestyle of peace and privacy.

The famed tourist facilities of Noosa Heads are around 30 minutes drive on the Sunshine Motorway.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 15 minutes away and offers several daily direct jet services to Sydney and Melbourne.

**Please Note that the Reception hours are 9am to 3pm weekdays and closed Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

FEBRUARY THROUGH TO OCTOBER

Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. The total amount of your stay may be taken on your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. For late cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the total price of the accommodation will be charged.

OCTOBER THROUGH TO FEBRUARY 

Free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. The total amount of your stay may be taken on your credit card 42 days prior to arrival. For late cancellation within 42 days of arrival, the total price of the accommodation will be charged. Pandanus has a strict No Smoking, No Parties & No Pets Policy

Deposit Policy

Deposit is not required

No Show Policy

In case of no-show, the total price of the accommodation will be charged.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
